Khan River




Khan River is one of the tributaries of Chambal River, the principal tributary of the Yamuna. It originates from the Vindhya Range and flows along with Kshipra (another tributary) and joins Chambal before Nagada.

Chhatri Baug, Lalbagh Palace, Krishnapura Chhatris and Kamala Nehru Park are on the banks of Khan. Indore is on the confluence of river Saraswati and Khan.
