Khaman Dhokla

A fermented sweet-sour snack, Khaman Dhokla is a popular snack from the state of Gujarat. These snacks are made from a fermented batter made of chickpea flour, salt, spices and baking soda. This batter steamed in pie-like plates is commonly served with coriander chutney and garnished with grated coconut and chopped coriander.
