Kelwara

Kelwara, in Lalitpur District, is on the border of Madhya Pradesh. It is about 18 km from Lalitpur and 12 km from Chanderi, a town in Guna District.

Just 22 km south of Kelwara, on the right bank of the Betwa is Deogarh, a beautiful town steeped in antiquity, with a fine temple of the Gupta period, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and a group of old Jain temples.

Lalitpur Railway Station and Civil Airport Khajuraho are the nearest railway station and airport.
