Keladi Museum




Keladi Museum is situated next to the Rameshwara Temple at Keladi, about 80 km north-west of Shimoga, in Karnataka. The museum exhibits a fabulous collection of copper inscriptions, palm leaves, coins and several interesting antiques of the Keladi period. The idols of Hoysala and Chalukya period dating from early 16th century to the late 18th century are also on display.

Keladi Museum is open from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs on all days, except Mondays and public holidays.

Keladi is 6 km north of Sagar. Sagar Railway Station and Talguppa Railway Station are the nearest access points.
