Karkal Teerth

Karkal Teerth is located in Karkal Village in {Dakshina Kannada District} of Karnataka. This Jain temple is dedicated to the Jain god Neminath Bhagwan. This is an ancient temple. There is a measuring pillar, almost 2 m high, made of a single stone in front of the temple. This is a unique artefact not seen anywhere else in the country. Shri Jain Dharma Jirnoddhar Sangha is in charge of this temple.
