Karhe Pathar is a famous pilgrim center located about 7 km away from Jejuri. There is a renowned temple dedicated to Lord Khandoba, another form of Lord Shiva. This elevated plateau with a height of 250 m is a great source of attraction. The chief idol, made of black stone, faces the east. The temple also houses three images of Lord Maruti and an idol of Nandi. A tortoise covered in brass foils is another attraction.
