Kamala Nehru Zoological Park is situated near the
Kankaria Lake in
Ahmedabad. It was designed by late Rueben David, a well known zoological expert.
The zoo is noted for albino animals. Indian Wild Ass, flamingo, Asiatic lion, mouse deer, chinkara are some of the endangered species taken care off at this park. A large number of birds, mammals and reptiles are also seen in the zoo.
