Kalmatia Hill

Kalmatia Hill is situated in Upereti Khala, 8 km north-east of Almora, in Uttaranchal. Swami Vivekananda meditated here in one of the caves in 1890, before his visit to USA. Kasar Devi Temple, dedicated to Goddess Durga, is atop the hill.
