Kali Masjid

Kali Masjid is an ancient mosque located in the old town of Bidar, about 670 km from Bangalore. Probably built in 1694, the mosque is positioned just south of the historic Talghat Darwaza. The ceiling of the mosque, constructed with black trap stone, is decorated with excellent plaster. Tourists can visit many hospices believed to be converted from ashrams or monasteries.

Bidar town itself has a railway head and the nearest airport is positioned at Hyderabad.
