Kalapani Thach

Located around 10 km south of Homtich Thach, Kalapani Thach is a town in the Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh. It is around 10 km north of Rekong Peo, the district headquarters. The nearest town is Pangi, around 8 km to the south. Some of the prime attractions near Kalapani Thach are Kanam Monastery, Mahabodhi Kinnaur Buddhist Temple, Lippa Monastery, Baspa Valley, Kinnaur Kailash Range and Rupi Bhabha Sanctuary.
