Kaimganj is one of the prominent towns in the
Farrukhabad District of Uttar Pradesh. Sugar milling and tobacco processing are the major industries here. Kaimganj is about 40 km north-west of Farrukhabad.
Kampil, the Buddhist site of Sankisa and the open jail at
Fatehgarh are some interesting spots outside Kaimganj, worth visiting.

Lucknow. Kaimganj Railway Station is on the
Etah-Farrukhabad line of
Northern Railways.
