Kaikalur

Kaikalur, also spelt as Kaikaluru, is one of the prominent towns in Krishna District.

Kaikaluru Ashram and Dattanatha Dattatreya Temple form the prime attractions here. The temple enshrines the idols of Lord Dattatreya and Lord Ganesh.

Pallevada to the north-east, Mandavalli to the south and Telaprolu to the west are among the neighboring places. Kolleru Bird Sanctuary and Kolleru Lake are easily accessible from Kaikalur.

Kaikalur Railway Station is on the Gudivada-Bhimavaram rail route. Vijayawada Airport is the nearest airport.
