Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer is a Punjabi dish which can be enjoyed with naan, parathas and rotis. It is a spicy preparation of fresh cottage cheese with tomatoes and capsicum simmered with coarsely ground spices. In this recipe, pieces of paneer are cooked with spicy masala in a Kadai (Indian wok).
