Kachari

Kachari is a historical monument situated in the middle of Kapurthala in Punjab. It was built by the Maharaja Fateh Singh. It is a piece of art in itself. A bronze statue of the Maharaja is installed inside the premises of the court. The red brick building with its striking domes and grills is of East European style. The doors and windows speak of the strong influence of Islamic architecture.
