Kabi Lungchok is around 17 km from
Gangtok. The historic treaty of brotherhood between Lepcha chief Te-Kung-Tek and Bhutia chief Khey-Bum-Sar was signed ritually at this place. The spot where this historic ceremony took place is marked by a memorial stone pillar.
