Jwer Fair is an important event of celebration in Pauri Garhwal District of Uttaranchal. This is an annual event celebrated in honor of Lakshman, the brother of Lord Ram. People throng to site of the fair in large numbers and offer their humble prayers to the lord. The rituals pertaining to the event are accompanied by entertainment activities.
