Juma Mosque




Juma Mosque, situated at Agatti in Lakshadweep, is a mosque of historic and religious importance. This ancient mosque is believed to have been built by Saint Ubadidullah, a missionary who arrived here in the year 663 to spread Islam. Similar mosques built by the saint are present at Amini, Kalpeni and Kavaratti islands.
