Jodh Bai's Palace is located in the middle of zenana or women's area, which lies east of
Anup Talao at
Fatehpur Sikri. It has a rectangular courtyard enclosure separated from Fatehpur Sikri Complex with a long wall.
A fortified gateway on the eastern side leads to the enclosure. The courtyard is surrounded by arcades on four sides. Staircases are provided between each two-storey houses.
