Positioned at an altitude of about 895 ft above sea level, Jindar Melu is a small village in
Jammu District. It is just three kilometers away from
Rethana. To the west of Jindar Melu lies Qutb Nizam and
Kotli Miyan is to the east. Raipur and
Shahan ke Kothe are to the north and south.
Nanak Chak and Chak Bala are two kilometers away, from where one can easily access Jindar Melu. Jammu, the place where the nearest railway station is situated, is around 18 km away.
