Jhalpo

Jhalpo town is in the Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand. It is about 1.5 km north of Jhumri Tilaiya. Bokaro (86 km) and Ranchi (120 km) are the closest cities. Tilaiya Dam is the major tourist attraction nearby.

Ranchi Airport is the nearest airport and Koderma Railway Station is the closest railhead, which is 20 km from the Tilaiya Dam.
