Jhalawar Government Museum




Jhalawar Government Museum, established in 1915, is situated adjacent to Bhawani Natya Shala. The museum exhibits the sculptures and architectural fragments of the 8th century city of Chandravati and sculptures and epigraphs from Jhalarapatan region. It also displays paintings, manuscripts, idols and beautiful statues of Vishnu, Krishna, Ardhanariswara and Trimurti. Jhalawar Government Museum is open daily from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs, except on public holidays.
