Jewel Walk is a place where
Lord Buddha sat for meditation. The place is located at
Bodhgaya. There is a tree growing here and it is believed to be the direct descendant of the original tree under which the Buddha sat. A sapling of the tree was taken to Sri Lanka by Sanghamitra,
Emperor Ashoka's daughter.
