Jedarpalayam

Jedarpalayam is a small town on the banks of Cauvery, near the border with Erode District, in Namakkal District. It is about 15 km north-east of Velur.

Kodumudi, Chennamalai, fort of Namakkal and Kolli Waterfalls are some tourist places in the neighborhood.

Nearest airport is at Tiruchirapalli. Erode Junction Railway Station serves Jedarpalayam.
