Jaypal Thaan

Jaypal Than, also known as Kshudra Dingdingi, is a temple located 13 km away to the south of Nalbari. This temple is believed to have been revealed by a cow named ‘Kapali’ during the period of Ahom King Sib Singha (1718-1744). Today most of the temple is buried underground consequent to an earthquake in the region.

Nalbari is well connected to Guwahati by road. The nearest railway station is Rangia.
