Jayanagar, also spelled Jaynagar, is a town in the northern part of
Madhubani District in
Bihar. It lies near the Indo-Nepal border and is 26 km north of
Madhubani.
Kamala River has its course through the region.
Nearest airport is Patna Airport. Jayanagar Railway Station is a terminus station on the line from Sakri.
