Jaswant Modern Senior Secondary School is situated at Parson’s Estate in
Dehradun,
Uttaranchal. It is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education,
New Delhi. The school was established by the president and founder of Divine Life Society, H H Swami Sivananda. Separate building blocks are available for junior, senior, and nursery level students.
Various clubs are organized in the school. In a club called the Interact Club, students are given chances to mingle with the children of the poor and weaker groups of the society. Hostel facilities are arranged. Adventurous games including trekking, mountaineering with rock climbing are also conducted. Training in sports activities are given by highly qualified national-level coaches.
