Jannaram is located about 50 km from Mancheral in Adilabad District of Andhra Pradesh. Hyderabad is 260 south of Jannaram.

The place is home to Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary which harbors animals such as chital, nilgai, panther and tigers. Best time to visit here is from November to May.
