Jamkhan is a rug originating from Navalgund taluk of Dharwad District, in Karnataka. It is also popularly known by name Navalgund durree (rug). It exhibits rich patterns made in yellow, green, black and reddish-brown rust color. The commonly used motifs are birds like parrots and peacocks, which are made in a very stylish manner.
