Jamia Masjid




Jamia Masjid is an ancient mosque situated in the fort of Belgaum in Belgaum District. This 16 century landmark was built by Sher Khan in 1585-86. Nearby there is a Dargah of Khanjar Wali. Other attractions in the vicinity are Safa Masjid, St. Mary's Chruch, Maruti Temple and Kapileshwar Temple. Jamia Masjid is located about 350 km north-west of Bangalore.

The nearest access points are Belgaum Airport, Belgaum Railway Station and Belgaum Central Bus Station.
