Jajam is a rug made from sheep wool. The art of making Jajam is restricted to a few families in Tonk District of Rajasthan. This delicate rug is more of a showpiece.
Jajam contains checkered designs in white and pink color created on scarlet, green and brown shaded background. These designs are either printed, embroidered or created by stitching other materials onto the fabric.
