Jain Bird Hospital

Jain Bird Hospital, also known by the name Charity Birds Hospital, is located at Netaji Subhash Marg, opposite Lal Quila. It is a three storied hospital treating vegetarian birds and rabbits and was started in the year 1956 by Jains. The hospital serves as a salvage shelter for partridges. Wards for pigeons, parrots, and sparrows are also provided in the hospital. The hospital also houses an intensive care unit and a research laboratory. It is opened daily from 8.00 to 20.00 hrs.
