Jahazgarh is a small town located about 15 km from
Jhajjar, in
Haryana. It was founded by an Irish adventurer, named George Thomas and built a fort here known as Georgegarh which was later changed to Jahazgarh. The annual cattle fair celebrated here is a major draw attended by buyers and sellers from all over Haryana and out side.
