Jagati Patt Temple

Jagati Patt is a small wooden temple in the Naggar Castle premises of Kullu District. The major point of interest in the temple is a slab of 5' x 8' x 6" in size.

Legend has it that the gods and goddesses in the local folklore decided to make Naggar the celestial seat. They transformed into bees and cut the slab from Drag Dhank of Bhrigu Tung peak. Some believe that the slab was cut from Deo Tibba Peak.

Locals believe that the deities assemble here for protecting the people in case of any calamity.

Jagati Patt Temple is easily accessed by road from Naggar.
