Jafraganj Cemetery




Jafraganj Cemetery, half a mile from the Hazarduari Palace, has an area of 3.51 acres. It was built by Mir Jafar, who was the commander of Shiraj-ud-Daulah's army in the Battle of Plassey. The cemetery contains the tombs of the Nawab's Nazim, Mir Jafar, and Humayun Jah. There are over 100 graves including the family members of Mir Jafar.
