Jadla




Jadla is a historic village founded by Baba Bhoj Singh of Jaipur some 540 years ago. It is in Nawan Shehar District of Punjab, about 8 km from Balachur.

Places of tourist interest around this village include Takhni-Rehmapur Wildlife Sanctuary, Phillaur Fort,Manakpur Sharif and Gurdwara Gurplah.

Jadla is well connected by road with Rahon (12 km), Garhshankar and Nawan Shehar (10 km). The nearest international airport is at Amritsar. Nawan Shehar Railway Station serves this area.
