Iswari Minar Swarga Sal, also known as Heaven Piercing Minaret, is situated near the Tripola Gate, Jaipur. It is one of the important landmarks which stands overlooking the city. The minaret was built by Iswari, the son of Jai Singh, who committed suicide when the Maratha army came advancing. From the top of the tower one can have a great view of the surroundings. Iswari Minar Swarga Sal is open from 9 00 to 16 30 hrs and has a nominal entrance fee.
