Imagination is a handloom-weaving organization at
Auroville in
Pondicherry. It was established in 1991, with an objective of promoting and supporting the Indian heritage of crafts by providing useful training in the field of crafts. Imagination produces textiles and handcrafted products of an ethnic nature.
Imagination is a group of around 50 native artisans from the surrounding villages. Hammocks, yoga accessories and lampshades are among the other items produced.
