Iall Kalan




Iall Kalan, a small village situated about 10 km west of Samrala, in Ludhiana District is a pilgrim center in Punjab. This village possesses a historic shrine believed to have been erected in honor of Guru Gobind Singh, the last Sikh guru. Gurdwara Guru Sai is the major point of attraction. A banyan tree with pointed leaves like those of a pipal tree is another interesting sight here. Guru Gobind Singh is said to have halted under this tree during his visit. Ludhiana Airport serves this area.
