Hujili




Hujili is a small town situated very close to Basantapur, in Hooghly District of West Bengal. It lies about 31 km north-west of Howrah - the headquarters of Howrah District - and 4 km east of Tora. Dwarhata, 4 km to the west, Haripal, a taluk headquarters town of the district, 6 km to the north and Nilarpur, 3 km to the east are the places nearby.

Chandannagar Church, St Louis Church, Bandel Church, Tarakeshwar Temple, Jangipara, Serampore, Arambagh, Nandadulal Mandir, Imambara, Shandeswara Temple, Yeats Tomb, Mahisasurmardini Temple, St Olave’s Church, Buro-Bibi Mosque and Bandemataram House are some prime spots that can be visited in the district.
