Howrah-Kalka Mail




Howrah-Kalka Mail runs between Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal and Kalka Railway Station in Haryana. Introduced in 1866, it is one of the oldest trains of the subcontinent. Main towns on the way are Asansol, Allahabad, Kanpur, Etawah, Firozabad, Aligarh, Ghaziabad, Old Delhi, Panipat, Ambala and Chandigarh. Howrah-Kalka Mail operates daily and covers a distance of 1,744 km. First A/C, second A/C, third A/C and sleeper class coaches are available.

Train number 2311: Howrah to Kalka, leaves Howrah at 19:40 hrs.
Train number 2312: Kalka to Howrah, leaves Kalka at 23:45 hrs.
