Set at a height of 3,959 m above sea level, Honia is a beautiful village in
Kargil District. It is about six kilometers from
Zangla and one kilometer from
Pidmu.
Padum, Stongdey and Karsha are some of the places to visit. For trekkers and adventure lovers, there is a trekking route from Karsha that leads to Honia.
Honia can be accessed from Kargil on the Kargil - Padum road. The nearest railhead is at Jammu.
