Honeymoon Island is situated in the Rambha Bay near the
Sankuda Island. It was a favorite picnic location of the British. When the coastal water is clear, one could catch the scintillating sight of the luxuriant stratum of red and green macro algae in the sea bed. The endemic species of limbless lizard was discovered in this isle.
The island is 5 km away from the jetty at Rambha.
