Hojagiri Festival, an important local festival in
Tripura, is held every year in the month of November. Organised by the Reang community, this festival normally takes place at Karbook, Laxmichara and
Kanchanpur.
A large number of tribal dance troops participate in the cultural programs, which continues for the whole night. All kinds of stalls, sweet shops and refreshment stands are also opened.
