Himgiri Express




Himgiri Express runs between Jammu Tawi Railway Station in Jammu and Kashmir and Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal. (The Indian word ‘himgiri’ means ‘hill of snow.’) Main cities on the way are Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Moradabad, Lucknow, Varanasi, Patna and Asansol. This train covers a distance of 2,034 km.

Train number 3073: Howrah to Jammu, leaves Howrah at 23:45 hrs on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
Train number 3074: Jammu to Howrah, leaves Jammu at 22:05 hrs on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
