The Dargah of Hazarath Syed Murtaza-Sha-Khadri is situated at Ilkal in Bagalkot District of Karnataka. This big domed structure is on the elevated spot towards the east of the town. Today the dargah is held in high esteem by the people in the area and the annual Urs celebrated here draws a large number of people.

The town of Ilkal is about 13 km from Hungund, which is well connected to nearby cities and towns by road. The nearest railway station and airport are at Bagalkot and Belgaum respectively.
