Hamira

Hamira, also spelt Hamir, is located in Jaisalmer District of Rajasthan. Jaisalmer, the district headquarters, is around 20 km west of Hamira. It is famous for traditional Rajasthani folk music and handicrafts.

Hamira (Thalyat Hamira) Railway Station is on the Jaisalmer – Jodhpur rail route. Jaisalmer Airport is the nearest airport.
