Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College is the oldest and one of the most prestigious Engineering colleges in the State of
Punjab. It is situated in
Ludhiana District. The college was established by the Nankana Sahib Education Trust (NSET). Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, and agricultural courses are the main courses offered at the college.
The college campus spreads in an area of about 88 acres. It offers hostel facilities. Other facilities provided by the college are swimming pool, sports and gymnasium complex, Gurdwara Sahib, bank, dispensary, and post office.
Cultural activities including campus upkeep, film and recreation, model making, music, computer literacy and awareness are maintained by student clubs and committees. The college has a well established library of nearly 55,500 books. Facilities for writing projects and thesis works are also available.
