Gurdwara Vibhore Sahib

Gurdwara Vibhore Sahib is a widely known gurdwara located on the banks of the Sutlej River in Nangal, just opposite the Sutlej Sadan of Bhakra Management Board. It is believed that Guru Gobind Singh had stayed here for about a year. The Guru used to compose many hymns at this place. Devotees need to cross the River Sutlej to reach this Gurdwara. The whole area is dotted with famous shrines such as Anandpur Sahib, Kiratpur, Parvar Vichhora, and Ghat Sahib.

There are excellent facilities of road travel in the Nangal area. Nangal is also connected by rail with Delhi, Amritsar and other parts of India. Nearest airport is at Chandigarh. From Chandigarh buses and taxies are available to Nangal and Bhakra Dam, an architectural marvel located nearby.
