Gurdwara Moti Bagh

Gurdwara Moti Bagh is located on the Ring Road, between Rama Krishna Puram and Dhaula Kuan, in New Delhi. This gurdwara is dedicated to Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh guru.

Gurdwara Moti Bagh was built in 1980, on the same site where the guru had camped for assisting Prince Muazzam (Emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar) in his battle for capturing the throne of Delhi. The prince was impressed by the guru’s mastery in archery. The guru along with his soldiers helped the prince in ascending the throne.

The main bus station is at Kashmiri Gate, to the north of the Old Delhi Railway Station.
