Gurdwara Jaura Sahib

Gurdwara Jaura Sahib is located in Siyana Saiyadan, a village 5 km from Pehowa on the Pehowa Chika Road in Kurukshetra District, Haryana.

The Gurdwara is dedicated to Guru Gobind Singh, the last guru of Sikhs. It is believed that Guruji stayed here during his journey to Kurukshetra.

Guru Gobind Singh was served by a Ramgharia Sikh devotee here. The devotee presented a pair of wooden slippers that he had made with his own hands to Guruji.

This pleased Guruji and he told the devotee to ask for a boon. Then the Sikh asked for the shoes that Guru Sahib was wearing. This pair of shoes can be still seen at this Gurdwara.

A magnificent hall is within the site of the Gurdwara.
